Don't die of shock!!

Ok so it has been a while since I last blogged! Sorry, I find it increasingly harder to do and less satisfying. At any rate, I am going to try and jot a few short things now and then instead of full life summary every time. Who knows... maybe it will work...

So a while ago Amalyssa had a necklace that she began swinging in front of my face and saying "you are getting sleeeeeeepppy, VERY sleeeepppyy!" Then she stops and ponders a moment before delving into her philosophy of hypnosis. "Mom, I think they swing the necklace so that you get bored and will fall asleep... and I think hypnotizing works better on adults because they are already tired!"

HHHmmmmm who knows! Maybe she is on to something! At any rate I am trying out a new self hypnosis program and it really does seem to help. It is amazing what they have apps for out there isn't it!?

Today I spent the day at the home of the lovely Amanda!! Braden got to play video games all day with his BFF Corbin. The last game they had been playing was 'Harry Potter Legos'. On the drive home I asked if he had enjoyed playing with Corbin. He responded "Yes, and I really like that HarryPottomus game!"

..... He was slightly offended and confused when I burst into laughter!

So there is a few snippets from me for this evening. I always like to include pictures because I find they add a great deal of interest to blogs for me. So here they are!

In April we had a friends party for Braden! Can you guess how old he is?

The party was a 'space glow in the dark' party.
I had fun and I THINK everyone else did too!

That night we drove to Idaho
where Amalyssa threw a surprise family party for Braden.
Why do I get the feeling SHE wants one this year? ;)

The party theme was 'Dogs' since grandma B's dog was a requested guest to his friend party but couldn't make it. Grandma J is an amazing cake decorator don't you think!? We were all amazed until we had to cut into the little guy.... then realized mom had made the inside of the cake red velvet..... She swears that it was accidental not intentional.

The next day we enjoyed Easter at grandma B's. Here is Braden showing off his new Easter outfit.

And last but NEVER least, Amalyssa stunning as ever in her $5 DI find Easter dress! It was EXACTLY the dress we had been looking everywhere for! What a deal right!
